艺龙网上预定，到店付。服务员中途打电话来确认是否要入住，我表示火车23:31到成都，因此要近24:00左右到，明确表示要住。
服务员竟然要求先交定金，才能保留房间。即然已电话沟通要住宿，还要要求交定金，说明对顾客没有一点信任感嘛，即然不信任，我对该酒店也没任何信任感了，此处不留爷，自有留爷处。对于该酒店，永远拉黑。
说明：我不是反对预付款，是先前已预订，服务员也打电话确认了，确依然对顾客没信任感并要求预付定金才保留房间，有点惊讶……出差二十多年，第一次遇到这种极度缺乏信任感的酒店，无语。那就取消换个地方住啰。
