是考试去的，想住远一点条件好点，睡好～房间很大，很干净，早餐时间七点半也很合适～就是退房速度太慢，前台三个人，只有一个人在办理退房……

入住时厕所堵塞，前台换了贵宾楼底楼的一间房间。但房间外侧靠共享汽车充电桩，半夜吵死了，基本没睡好。

酒店入住的大多是周末来周边学校考试的，人很多，上午去了不能入住，下午去晚了会被安排到主楼旁边的一个茶楼，那个房间是按摩休息用的，根本不是豪华单间，楼里边的女人奇奇怪怪的，服务员再三狡辩说那个就是我订的房间，我拿出艺龙订单，又狡辩说网上预定照片是艺龙乱拍的，和他们没关系，几经周折才换了一个主楼一楼的窗朝大厅的房间，也是考试来的，将就住一晚，郁闷的很，不会再去了。说实话酒店的设施还可以，人的服务跟不上。

去了以后没有房升级成豪华商务单间，很晚入住谁会去注意地上是否有烟头，第二天退房居然说地毯被烧了一个洞，扣了我钱，太坑了，反正各种理由扣钱，冤枉着的，希望以后去住的人要注意，防止被坑，设施陈旧，浴缸漏水，300一晚上不值，差评，根本达不到星级标准。钱都是小事，只是被坑就是不爽，住户一定要小心，最好进去入住前把沙发挪开看看，防止受骗。
