整体感觉还是不错的，就是酒店人员好态度的背后却是对客户需求的冷漠！比如说她会非常温柔有礼貌的告诉你:我们这里就是必须12:00退房。（心里潜台词:爱咋滴咋滴！）不爽却又没办法发作！
