这家酒店的生意还挺好的，订的时候只有标间了，入住办理时前台的小美员工不光服务态度非常好，还给我们升级了行政双床和赠送早餐。房间也是整洁明亮，乾净衞生，个人觉得整体不错。

説实话跟预期的差距很大，酒店灯光非常昏暗，説是设计就是那样的??，定的1.8和1.5的床，刚入住，给的是三张1.35的床，因为带动小孩，那么小的床，小孩肯定会掉下来，凑合一晚，第二天换了原定的房间，结果因为潮湿，小孩和大人身上大面积的疹子，半夜三四点叫的**送药，因为从来没有过这样出疹子，去找前台，前台也是爱答不理，总之体验感不好，服务和价格不成正比。

因为娃儿高考在附近所以选择了这家酒店，完全超出预期。首先有专人黄应华跟进，几次去酒店参观，都带我看，不厌其烦。知道小朋友参加高考，还特意准备了牛奶，眼罩，耳塞，护眼枱灯等物品。完全超出预期，有惊喜到我。酒店设施设备齐全，给我免费升级了一个家庭房，里面1个大床，2个小床，非常方便我们一家三口。孩子在里面学习，可以不被打扰。酒店服务真的太棒了，以后有机会肯定还会入住的！

一直觉得郦湾酒店很不错，整个酒店都是薰衣草的味道，前台小姐姐服务热情。早餐丰富新鲜，特别要点赞前台工作的董小源小姐姐，热情大方，免费升级了房间，还赠送了水果，赞一个！

到茶店子附近出差预订的，酒店衞生非常乾净，预订后有人主动联系，酒店距离蜀西路主干道很近，出行方便。酒店大厅乾净漂亮，人员很精神，楼上遇到人员也主动打招呼。早餐不错，床睡着很舒服。房间乾净整洁，非常不错的一次体验。尤其感谢杜娟，离店后发现东西落在酒店了，主动联系并邮寄，非常满意。。。下次有机会再来。。。

酒店停车还算方便，有固定的停车场，房间还不错，干净整洁，设施设备齐全，前台小林服务很热情很周到，还主动给我们推介了附近哪里有好吃的好玩的地方，交通也还算便利，门口随时都有出租车，这次入住很满意，整体很好。
