差评！差评！差评！
1.网上预订的大床房，到酒店服务员说只有标间！
2.热水器没有热水，服务员解释说用的人多，过了高峰期就有热水了，第二天仍是冷水
3.没有电热毯
4.烧水壶坏的，后来服务员提的水瓶来！
5.最坑爹的是，早上八点过还在睡觉，服务员直接刷房卡进来了！
6.返现也是假的
有史以来最差的一次住宿！都不能算是酒店！第一次在携程上定酒店就那么差！再也不来携程了！

因酒店各种推脱，各种无奈下订的车厢房，当时选择这家酒店考虑花园式的外环境，外环境还是不错，服务差，什么都不告知，房间就不说了，连拖鞋都没有，电视几乎不能看，床单还有污垢……各种无奈。

经常在艺龙订房，这是最失望的一次，开始预订的小别墅，客服说没房了，改套房，今天大老远过来，说套房也不能住，水管爆了，反正有各种理由，不愿意这个价格拿出来，就不要挂在网上嘛，把客人引过来又各种理由不拿房间出来，都是为了高兴的旅游，结果弄一肚子气，请问诚信在哪里？
