其他都好，就是去的时候前台的服务态度不好，刚刚去的时候没有房间，我等了大概一二十分钟，最后他给我房卡的时候我说了一身谢谢，前台都没有说一声久等之类的，我觉得等无所谓，至少要有一句话，当时前台客人就我一个，如果人多我觉得还能理解，还有就是我觉得你不说久等或者不用客气之类的客套话我都还能理解，主要是态度真的让人很不舒服，有种看不起人的感觉，这个星际的酒店，不应该是这样的服务态度…望贵酒店管理加强

价格房间可以接受，早上退房赶飞机，总台退房办事效率低，别的总体还可以，朋友一起出行，说是两个房间烟灰缸有烫伤痕迹，赔钱180元，我自己房间一个塑料衣架断了，赔钱10元，赶飞机就没多说，住了3天，这事让人心里不爽
