千万不要去这家酒店，管理有严重问题！房间脏有臭味，马桶坏的，花洒坏的，热水不热这些都不算啥大问题！洗漱区设计有问题，地砖不是防滑的沾点水特别滑！洗澡完出来擦水不小心掉了几滴水在地砖上，之后我经过踩滑摔了一跤，还好没摔到手和头，屁股摔肿了，我就把浴巾铺在地砖上防止再次踩滑。早上因为热水壶有问题叫服务员来换一个，主管模样的人进来看到浴巾在地上，就给我说你怎么把浴巾铺地上，我说刚才踩滑了摔了一跤，主管居然不问问我摔到哪里没有，直接给我说浴巾弄脏了要赔钱的！！！！我说我摔了一跤你给我说浴巾脏了要赔钱？？她说是啊，我不管你摔没摔，弄脏了要赔钱！！！然后我说你们连个注意滑倒的标识都没有，我没摔伤你们就应该庆幸了！！她给我说我们这贴的有啊！我一看，门口台阶上贴的是“小心台阶”！！！这种没有一点服务意识以自我为中心的酒店，奉劝各位千万不要去了，又脏又臭，硬件失修，还不把客人当人看，摔了不管你受伤没有，先给你说毛巾脏了要赔偿！！！！不信邪的自行入住领教！！！
