订的行政客房网上描述是双床，结果到了给开的是单间，前台服务态度极差，不给换房不说，还理直气壮说网上描述有误不关她的事，是酒店其它部门的问题。长途跋涉本来很累了，遇上这样的服务员也是醉了。
