1- 住这么多年酒店，此次入住体验是最差的一次 ！较不推荐，整体仅如七天连锁级。br2- 所谓高好评，不排除是因为评好评，则赠送一个所谓市值25元的小布偶玩品。br3- 同程订单与酒店讯息存落差，酒店要求我自己与同程理清，给双方均差评。br4- 办理入住时当场已讲清：谁名义预订、谁入住，且提供所有身份证，前台却告知我没有查到两间房预订讯息(投诉同程后，回复我为以另一入住人名义预订，所以没有查到)br5- 关键：嘉宾大房，其中有一1.x米*1.x米大承重柱，对比后提出希望换房。店方明确回复：所有嘉宾房都统一户型，完全一样。以上差项尚可退步忍耐，此点完全不可接受。

交通方便，2⃣️号线出口，离春熙路，宽窄巷子都很近，走走就行，酒店卫生服务也很好，早餐丰富，设施新，下次来成都还会选择，值得推荐。
