服务态度差。因为办事回来晚了点。12:40才回来退房。前台经理和服务员就要收20块超时费。超时也没有提前电话通知我。我订房是有电话的。而且说话很不客气。第一次遇到这样的服务态度。入住顾客是上帝。退房了。就是什么都不是了。我觉得铭雅酒店老板。该重视员工服务培训。不然早晚会出问题。
