这家酒店住了很多次，地理位置很有优势，去购物或者去景点都很方便，员工也很亲切。虽然不是很新的酒店，但是在这个位置的酒店里算性价比很高的，而且餐厅很漂亮，这次在餐厅办了活动，很满意。

到酒店比较早，没有空房。溜达回来再问，酒店美女经理说免费升级了，希望能点评一下。带桑拿房和泡澡盆。升级的设施一次没用。但是房间很宽敞，闹中取静，离人民公园，天府广场春熙路，武侯祠等景点非常近。早餐中规中矩。综合评价性价比不错。
我们定的是两天。两天已满，还得再住三天。因为行李比较多，本想着换成最初定的房型也行，就问前台“若这间房后面没人预定，可不可以继续住呢，行李太多不想收拾啊。桑拿房和澡盆我们也也没用。”两前台说不行。我说要不要问问你们经理？前台说“不行。这不是你用不用的问题，就是不行。”
好嘛，一点商量的余地都没有，感觉之前的经理暖心的做了单生意，被前台几句生硬的话让人不想继续住了。生意成败其实就在一念之间。
