第一冰箱里面的水没有告知要收钱 喝了水 离开店打电话来要钱 我想问 这是我的错？第二毛巾弄脏了 也要收钱 离开店 打电话加微信给了30 第三还没有到退房时间就打电话催 第四房间味道大，我还是你们的会员 住了很多次 这一次很不满意 出来马上就订了丽思卡尔顿套房 居然2500一晚上 但是满意，希望你们桔子酒店好好管理一下，办理入住前台服务很好 很客气。
