前台和销售太不灵活，续房居然要按前台散客价续房，我头天在网站预订的，工作需要续房三天，前台办理续房按到店的散客价续房，我也是醉了！果断退房换酒店，不知道你们怎么对得起业主哦！

1号白天那位姐姐的态度真不敢恭维，要不是礼品卡不能退了，就不想住了。2号上班那位姐姐态度就好很多，之前交了一百元押金，酒店打印机坏了没给押金票，退押金的时候遇到点问题，但都解决了。希望酒店后期能把押金这个流程解决一下。1号上班那位姐姐多参加公司培训吧，服务得跟上！
