优点:干净，但离每个景点(如宽窄巷子)最近都在3公里以上，特别不方便。还有这个并没评过什么5星，实际也就3*4星标准。网上这么挂太坑了。不推荐。

作为一位老客人，很少对酒店发表不满的评论！早餐券丢了，下去补一张居然要收费三十元！还给我来一句要么你拿一张没有登记过的证件来，我们再给你一张！请搞清楚我房间含双早，就算我吃过了，我要再去吃一顿也是可以的！更何况，我还没去吃过早餐！之前在这个酒店也补领过早餐券，一点问题！大概今天的前台心情不好！作为服务业从业人员，如果没有服务意识，只知道一味图自己方便，最好换一个行业！

房间还比较干净，但是作为家庭房了，竟然没有能挂衣架晾衣服的地方，还有915房间空调太节能了，半夜快热死了它才又启动了。
