酒店设施陈旧，部分房间空调声音跟抽风机差不多。不知道艺龙为什么把这家酒店评定为“舒适”，体验的感觉不舒适。床也过硬，电视效果差。
酒店也知道自己的问题，换房间的过程比较顺利。
