总评不满意的原因：
1，房间内有不知名的虫子，身上多处被咬；虽然插上了酒店提出的电纹香，还是没有用。
2，我们预订的时候，注明需要无烟房，但整个酒店根本就没有无烟层，所以根本就不存在无烟房，酒店能做的，只能是无烟处理。我觉的这是酒店管理决策层的问题。要知道：无烟房和经过无烟处理的没有烟味的房根本是二个完全不同的概念。请不要偷换概念。因此酒店必须明确注明。但我们在预定注明要无烟房时，酒店根据就没有这个说明。我们是有被骗的感觉，至少可以讲，酒店在忽悠客人。
3，酒店人员的服务态度是令人满意的，她们做了她们能够做到的。
4，进入房间内，洗澡间有异味。这异味的来源，根据个人的经验，是没有及时更换已经脏的洗地的淸洁水引起的，与酒店联系后，又重新打扫后，异味就没有了。
5，总之，个人认为，作为一个只有经营二年的新酒店，管理成为现在的这种状态，令人遗憾。说句实话，（应该是不好听的，会让您们生气的）我以后在这里开展会，我肯定不会选择贵酒店。非常报歉，我这么说。
