前台很贴心，提前到了，因为有病人，所以帮我们提前安排入住。酒店设施很好，干净整洁，交通便利，离宽窄巷子很近，每次来都入住。

网上评价很好，入住后实在太差，一次性拖鞋也没有，厕所抽风扇也是坏的！甚至连前台的服务态度都很差！第二天果断退房，以后再不会入住了！

差，很差，前所未有的差，这也算高档酒店？高档这两个字怎么配出来的，还有这些好评从哪里刷出来的，我特别想问一句！前台的服务员像欠她几十万一样，在哪里爱搭理不爱搭理的！这么冷的天，用的很薄的被子，一个枕头都没有！哪里有高档型房子的设施啊！一晚上五百多，真***是坑，劝所有的人别再入住了！谁去谁后悔！真心的后悔！请大家别再上当了，这是个相当恶心的酒店，很差很差的一个酒店！
