酒店设施不错,房间挺大的,就是确实服务有点跟不上,基本属于无人管的状态,大概是淡季吧,别墅的前台和spa都没开,在映雪酒店办理入住。第一天去下雨下好大的雾,结果遇到第二天放晴。晚上看到好多星星,很漂亮,在阳台看的在日出,很美。湖边的景色照片看像在国外,山上也非常美。由于是淡季价格十分的划算,没门票还包了2趟索道。11月山上下雪了,当初的价格订不到了。

房间很大很干净，还有浴缸，有个小阳台，就是有气味，不好闻，房子里的气味很重感觉是木头发霉的气味，热水也不是很热，放很久才有水还是温水，澡都没有洗。特别不满意的就是打5555去加床被子，说了很久很多好话，因为带着孩子的确不方便想要加被子，被告知没有，说是什么床住满了，未必酒店多一床被子都没有吗？还有房间没住满吧，我们楼下那间就没人住，这点很不人性，弄的我们晚上都没休息好。艺龙服务很好。

非常好，房间很大，很漂亮，就是在入住的时候等了好久，一直说没有收到我的订单，其他的都很好，房间有暖气，从外面一进来就很暖和，去滑雪的话住这里应该会很好
