酒店离宽窄巷子很近，时间比较久了，设施一般，价格偏贵，服务有待提高。请工作人员帮忙叫的出租车，因为酒店附近不能掉头，司机提前跟工作人员说，让我们去马路对面上车，否则要绕很远，工作人员也不跟我们说一下就直接让车到大堂门口接，结果绕行了有十多分钟。

是一家很不错的老品牌酒店 地理位置得天独厚 床上用品很舒服 热水水量也很大 安全和保密性做得很好 而且大堂副理胡春梅对客很热心很细心。礼宾小徐很耐心。总台的胡梦洁很用心。
