这是一个很值得推荐并很值得住的酒店。我来成都住此酒店数次，工作人员都很热情，服务周到，说话轻声细语，犹如春风拂面。房间高端大气上档次，只是有一只灯坏了，网线有些短。但瑕不掩玉，不影响酒店的整体。题外的话：酒店是否可为客人配置水果刀？因为现在火车及飞机上均不允许携带水果刀，会对旅行生活带来一定的困难。这条只是建议。

帮我爸妈订的房间，他们说这是失望的一次入住体验，空调根本不起作用，开了一晚上，房间都不热，不知道是不是房间空间大的原因，被盖也不暖和，我爸爸都感冒了，而且洗脸盆下水非常慢。
