真的是 很精品的酒店，虽然不能拿星级比较 ，但是，相对环境卫生非常干净，离宽窄巷子非常近。去成都几天感觉是最好的一家。

下定单时看着有停车位的，到酒店告知不含停车，不知网上信息之误是艺龙的责任还是酒店的责任，给前台服务员讲了答应停在门前，晚上开到收费停车处交20元(自付)，其实不在这20元停车费，订酒店的信息不能掺水啊，这样下次怎么下单？酒店很正规，距宽窄巷子有点远了

晚上八点半下飞机到的宾馆，可事先沟通预订好的商务标间被告知没有了，免费升级的临街家庭套房，由于本人睡眠不好想要一间不临街的，接待的小伙说没有了，并一再强调临街的房间关好窗户窗帘听不到过车声，看着他一脸真诚我便信以为真。结果呢，临街的可能是一级马路吧，一直在不断的过小车，大车过，各种喇叭声一直持续到凌晨两点多，根本无法入睡。我当时都想到服务台找他们理论了。昏昏沉沉好容易2:30左右去睡，可凌晨5:00连绵不断得过车声又开始把我吵醒。由于失眠而头痛的我找店家理论，前台的女服务员竟然冷言冷语说从没人投诉过睡不着！！这样的商家不就是在欺骗消费者么！！！
