整个酒店很安静而温馨，在办理入住时，前台人员办理速度很快，而且会询问您是否第一次来黄龙溪，前台会给我们介绍游玩攻略，黄龙溪的夜景很美，小朋友特别喜欢一进房间就踩在地毯上，地毯很干净而且特别软和，床很软和，小朋友晚上睡得很踏实，一早起来我们就在餐厅用早餐，餐厅的早餐很丰富，还有小朋友喝的牛奶，面包，还有各种小菜，这家酒店值得下次再次入住！

我们是开车到酒店的，可以直接把车停在酒店，只是进入景区的时候需要提前给酒店前台联系，让工作人员来岗亭接才能进入，工作人员服务态度很好，骑车过来安排专门的停车位给我们，而且我们车上有行李箱，师傅也帮我们拿到前台，酒店前台的办理速度很快，进入房间后，房间很大很宽敞，而且还有我特别喜欢泡功夫茶，酒店的早餐很丰富，而且酒店早餐服务人员的服务也特好，特别给我们拿了面包小菜，整个酒店的服务算黄龙溪一流服务，下次来黄龙溪还会入住的！

好不容易找了个看着干净的酒店，实际卫生并不干净，对不起这价格，房间里的冰箱也是坏的，浴室还流水在外面，马桶也脏，小虫子也多，到处飞，更气人的是早上起来没有水，洗脸的无法洗，一个小细节影响了很多问题，打电话给前台，说送矿泉水来结果搬了一大桶估计是提前准备的自来水，白班前台的服务员还是很好的。这么大的酒店难道没有蓄水池。可惜了这个位置，设计有问题，管理也有问题洗澡凉拖鞋也没有。
