春节入住，除了位置比较好外，服务差距太大，1.26晚9.00值班的一位高个前台女服务员爱理不理，回答问题态度生硬！令人失望！60.00的自助餐菜品少的可怜。

酒店地理位置很好，住了三天，逛了三次春熙路，周边小吃也比较多，挺好的。有一点不满，入住的第二天，我所在楼层住进了一个团的客人，好吵啊，半夜不睡觉，第一天晚上是女人们夸夸其谈，第二天晚上是男人们高谈阔论，每天都要吵到十二点之后，找总台反映也无济于事。

房间小，住过四星里最小的。设施还行，电视大尺寸的，床也不错。去机场酒店叫的车会跟你要100，实际上才60。

服务态度也不好，差的不得了！ 我在ELONG上订的商务标间，明明写着有大床房的。但是到柜台CHECK-IN，她说没有大床房了。我问服务台，还有没有其他的大床房，给我的回复是没有。然后我直接再打电话给ELONG，我要重新订大床房，ELONG的回复是有！我不知道酒店服务台是何原因，存心不想给客人过多的服务吗？
另外，该地方的入口处也特别搞笑，开在皇冠的隔壁，很小的门面，找也找不到的地方。 主楼和西楼需要绕一大圈才能到达，还不在一个院子内。 非常不方便。
房间的设施还行，床很软，很干净。 可是窗外真没什么好看的，都是建筑工地了。

对于这个价位是超值的住宿，唯一就是我住的房间那天卫生间有异味，因为半夜回来就没有叫酒店再换房什么的，希望改进哦。
