经朋友介绍，第一次入住。前台服务很周到，是藏族风格的酒店，客房卫生干净、整洁。院子里绿化很好，停车方便，早餐丰富可口。宾馆里还有一家藏餐厅，2014年米歇尔夫人还在这用过餐。强烈推荐，下次还来住！

服务态度太差，酒店在24°以下，酒店不开中央空调。客人要求开，酒店方弄死都不开。服务态度确实太差。同时要求退房，还退不了，强迫消费。投诉消协，还没有办法。
