硬件上：房间、卫生间干净整洁程度高于同档次酒店平均水平，水压充足，床垫软硬适中。
软件上：向前台申请一间能两床拼接一起的房间和暖风机（天气降温）都立即得到解决。酒店知道我们带小朋友还特意送来儿童拖鞋和玩具，最后一天还送了果盘，非常贴心。
整体水平很高，非常值得推荐的一家酒店！

前台服务不错，小哥很nice，原本和同事各定了一间，那天成都雷暴天气航班大面积取消，同事来不了，入住时爽快地安排退款。大厅摆设比较年轻化。房间卫生不错，洗手间装修一般，而且浴室喷头力度太大了打开时吓一跳...这块小小扣分。房间里送了可爱的熊猫钥匙圈、还有成都游玩攻略，挺有心的。总体满意。

酒店离机场高速很近，周边餐饮大概要走15分钟，服务员态度都挺谦和的，房间简洁，早餐整个感觉还是更中式一些，面条都有好几种，蔬菜也比较多。

房间挺大的，看评论有靠高速的房间，我们住的这个有一个窗户朝向停车场，倒挺安静，前台妹妹有主动赠送小朋友的洗漱用品，虽然我们都有自带，但还是挺贴心的，晚上还给我们送了本晚安故事，服务不错

酒店在2.5环上，靠近火车南站，走路过去15分钟足够了，地面和地上停车场都有，前台还会提醒记录车牌号以防汛期，这点倒是挺贴心的，补差价买了早餐，是开到十点钟的自助餐，品种不多也不算少，感觉午饭都可以省了，总体还不错，可以再来！
