店家欺骗 绝对差评！预定和入住前一再和店家确认：能不能开增值税发票，因为属于公出需要报销。店家都说可以开，结果离店的时候只能给机打普通发票，还硬说这就是增值税发票！无论怎么跟他们沟通都无效，店家指鹿为马非说机打普票是增值税发票！
