这次团这个酒店就是看了评论挺好的 ，我们团了两间现付的 结果到店里酒店前台既然说可以退掉房间预订满了没有房间了，有一间房间在贴墙纸维修。 说晚上6点可住。我们晚上等到6点。一进去味道太难闻 因为是经济房间没有窗户 味道太难闻 下午维修的晚上就让我们住。这样是符合一个住宿条件吗？要求换房22号晚班那个前台说没房间了让我将就一个晚上不行第二天就退了不要住了。 我第一次遇到到酒店还把客人往外赶的。 不知道她们老板知道了什么想法 这次这个酒店不是很满意

本来预定三晚上的 但是前台的人态度非常不好，跟你欠了她多少钱一样，服务行业就这态度？查身份证可以，态度能不能好点？花钱买气？这是你的工作 干不了就不要干，后面两晚直接退了 美团扣了168，扣钱也不住，房间一进去一股味。真心非常生气！！！ 这样的工作人员放在前台都是碍眼的。影响酒店形象不说，还影响生意！！！！！
