去过N次成都住过很多不错的酒店，这个应该是很好的之一了。外观并不起眼，但位置很好，紧邻地铁和一个小商圈，更方面都很方便。酒店是藏式风格，布置很有特色，房内很安静，设施很舒适，早餐不是很多样，但还OK。服务员中貌似有一些藏族人。员工的培训还有可以更好的提升空间，主要是与客人的沟通方式，反应速度，处理突发问题和需求的方式等等。如客人酷暑外出归来，发现收拾过的房间没有放卫生纸、饮用水（免费），打电话索要要，包括接电话的服务人员在内没有丝毫歉意，在此情况下客人希望多给1-2瓶水却被生硬的拒绝，称要单独收费...相比其它好的酒店，明显缺乏服务意识和情商...本来想打满分，这么一个小事情立刻减损了一些印象分。总的来说还是一个不错的酒店，继续加油吧。以后有机会或许还会去住。
