大家问的问题，下单前的订单都有备注，没有备注就打电话咨询，价格贵了点，连续订了好几晚，都没有优惠卷，这个非常不好👎！有个问题，就是用住客的身份证订的，当晚入住已经2点，竟然找不到住客信息，半夜三更还打同事电话问情况，同事把订的信息截图给客服才入住，这个非常不好。信息都找不到。
