父亲来的时候把行李落在了出租车上，由于没有记车号，也没有要发票，难以寻找。前台工作人员不但帮忙联系了出租车运管处，还帮忙带领父亲报案查车号，最终找回了行李，真的非常贴心周到！非常感谢！！！
