Staff and location were excellent. Everyone spoke good English in the hotel, no matter their job within the hotel. Breakfast was great.
The swimming pool was nice, but not the best. But, there was a lifeguard overlooking and super friendly as well.

I was blanked by the receptionist when we arrived. Very rude. As the person booking the hotel room I would especially not expect to be treated as though I were invisible.
The room was very nice, but the toilet wouldn't flush. Reception didn't seem to understand when I explained this to them. If he did understand, then I would have expected an apology for the inconvenience, which was not forthcoming..
Nice to have coffee in the room here. My son told me he was brought milk (without asking), but I wasn't ??

这次跟闺蜜来成都玩儿，选了离市区较近的酒店方便我们出行！这家酒店我们还真选对了，离市中心也近，交通也很便利，附近就有地铁站。我们住的房间简直给了我惊喜，酒店外观平平无奇，但到了楼层就感观一新，妥妥的网红打卡地，我们在房间就照了好多，我太喜欢这个蓝蓝的色彩了，房间也很干净!!!

这是五一出游住的最好的一家酒店🏨环境不错，卫生很干净，目前成都都在倡导环保，所以不主动提供牙具，需要主动给前台电话索取，入住时赠送了一份水果，还给了一张早餐粥劵，但是我们没有去吃，距离太古里春熙路🈶很近，步行或者骑共享单车十分钟左右就能到，因为想吃地道的火锅，网上一搜名气靠前的都已经没有号码了，问了酒店前台，很友好的推荐了一家他们经常去吃的店，距离也很近呢，总之五一这次旅行这家酒店结尾很不错

一家很温暖的酒店，因为小朋友有点晕车人不舒服，想要安静一点的房间，前台给免费升级到了商务套房，房间干净卫生，配套设施完善，服务大姐热情礼貌。早餐品种丰富，能满足大人和小孩不同的需求。另外，停车场住店客人是免费的，酒店位置也不错，离春熙路太古里，宽窄巷子，锦里都不远。推荐~
