酒店网上评论名不副实，房间条件还是7年前的水平，最可怕的是居然整晚没有热水，晚上给前台打了无数个电话，前台一直说是锅炉正在烧水，这10月下旬用冷水洗澡真冷啊，无语了。前台纠结3间房不能打印3张发票的理由是怕打印纸不够用，退房时忘记退押金，返回拿押金也在前台被纠结了半天，不是有监控吗？我明显感觉酒店的管理真的有问题，同事同情前台小姐姐，你也确实不容易。最后奉劝大家一句，始终相信“一分钱，一分货”就完了。
