办理入住的时候粘在前台15分钟没人接待，办退房时等了5分钟服务员爱答不理。没有迎来送往的服务态度和服务热情，酒店内的花洒喷头还是坏的，一打开以后四处喷水，破酒店再也不来了。

携程旅行网客服越来越矫情，说了几遍：看见高级房双床有浴缸才预定的，短信已确认，酒店没确认，还反复解释是代理人预定，不能全部满足要求，有意思吗？？？以后代理商预定请文字提示：不能全部满足！！！鬼才预定！有时间去把酒店协调确认好，不要耽误时间绕来绕去，有意思吗？要务实，要高效！

从来不给差评。这次忍不了了。预订大床，给的双床。房间没收拾好就让入住。洗手间的浴缸是坏的，踩上去特别软还滑。
