这家酒店，入住后就知道和豪华型完全不沾边，前台根本没挂任何星级标志，后来知道，按五星级标注装修。。。（实际很有差距）优点，离地铁站近，去机场转一次地铁方便，去其它景点也不远，周边公交也很多，早餐相对酒店设施来说较好。从地铁站出来走几分钟过马路就到了，入住建议要求高层安静房间，因旁边就有一家KTV。从地铁站出来去酒店，需从侧面进，他家两个侧面入口通道可能因附近装修一言难尽，正门正对一条小路尚可。房间，一拉窗帘跑出几只大蟑螂，立即要求换房了。浴缸不是陶瓷的，也许是亚力克材料，踩进去会响，花洒固定头是松的，洗头超级不方便，第二天维修好了，还有，洗澡时水量小。。。（估计高峰期水压不够）其他设施尚可，反正达不到五星标准，估计三星差不多。早餐品种较多，还行吧。

前台服务极不负责任 态度差到极致 办理入住前直接被告知价格600多并满房 网上定了300多 第二天续房直接被告知不能续 被预订了 但前台并未提前告知 期间态度傲慢 爱答不理 只给结果不做解释 本人当场大火 后交涉后又表示能够续房 总之体验极差 望各位朋友慎重

工作人员服务态度极差 极不负责任 参加会议去前台办理入住 被告知价格600多 网上下单300多 问前台为何不告知 对方称 不清楚 也没有义务告知 而后点了外卖 被告知不能送到客房 必须自行下楼拿取 多方沟通 请求酒店工作人员能否帮忙拿一下 被无条件拒绝 虽然确实这不在其服务范围 但由此可看出服务质量之差 提醒各位慎重考虑此酒店
