房间比较大，床干净卫生，卫生间较大，价格合理，周围吃饭很方便，在城中间，交通方便，同时环境安静，适合入住。下次来成都，将继续入住。酒店位于市中心，交通便利，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。服务员很热情

之前住过，后来定的两天也退不了，只能再住这，定的豪华标间入住时也这么安排了，但游玩回来之后前台说我们定的是普通标间让我们加钱，我们和艺龙客服反应了这个情况，艺龙客服与酒店沟通后酒店又说没让我们加钱。总之，住的不开心，前台服务也不好。
