入住斯维登很多次了，每次的体验都很好，服务周到贴心，这次因为在「艺龙」上定住宿跟艺龙客服发生了不愉快的事情，斯维登还免费为我们升级了房型，尽心尽力解决顾客的问题，值得赞一个！
不过这次「艺龙网」真的让我很失望，伤心，难过！我10.1早上定的2号入住5号离店高级大床房，晚上再看价格的时候就每晚便宜了58元，三晚我定贵了174元，打电话问「艺龙」得到回复：明天再是这个价格，我们就给你退差价。 凭艺龙以往的口碑与诚信，我觉得肯定是会解决的，所以2号早上6点看了价还是便宜的价格，想着太早就晚点打电话给「艺龙」，结果中午打电话的时候客服问我截图了吗，她看不到价格，没有截图就不能退差价，我当时就怒了：「昨晚还巴巴的说会解决，今天就因为没截图所以我就该多出钱？」
所以，各位亲，以后定房间得擦亮自己的眼睛，该多留个心眼儿就得留，别相信什么“诚信服务”的破口号！
最后，斯维登是真不错，以后会继续入住！
