糟糕的入住体验！预订的36平方米的商务双床房到店一看还不如7天酒店面积大，整个房间呈狭长型，而且还很闷，因为窗子只能开很小一点，再一看被套有污迹，有头发，地毯上有废纸，真不知道卫生是如何过关的？一问客房服务员，什么也不知道，叫我问前台，呵呵。客服服务人员未穿工作服，前台男士无吊牌。好不容易换间房，新被套居然有破洞，呵呵，彻底无语。以上发言均为真实情况，唯一欣慰的是前台女士服务态度较好，早餐还行。望经理加强管理培训。
