紧邻重点高校电子科技大学，周边步行10分钟可以尝遍成都大部分的特色饭店，闹中取静。设施虽然略显陈旧，但浓浓的学术氛围还是令人赞赏的，工作人员热情严谨。

挨着学校不远。有单独的停车场，餐厅，茶楼。餐厅饭菜不错。价格也比较合理。房间宽敞，就是睡觉的时候觉得有点味儿，不知道是什么，没有找到出处。早饭很棒，选择多。味道好。

早餐品种比较多，但比较素，蔬菜凉拌的比较多。早餐有面条和水饺，但早上的水饺最好不要包韭菜馅的。酒店楼后有个停车场，有个小门可以直接进校园。服务员服务意识比较好，有合理要求都尽量满足。除了备有茶叶，最好还有咖啡。
