设施比较旧，房子非常一般，不考虑地段的话，性价比比较低，去之前看到说房子面积50，想着还行，活动面积够大，但是真正看到房子之后确实失望，目测所有加起来，包括卫生间，小阳台，最多30平米，不知道携程上面这个50是包括公摊吗？

和图片一样，完全回家的感觉，很温馨很舒适。地理位置很优越，步行五分钟就到太古里，坐地铁也很方便。真后悔定的时间少了。老板人也很热情，还推荐了旅游的线路。下次来还要住这里。非常好的入住体验！
