前台接待态度问题太大了，要求看看房间，说是太忙没有时间，让等着，我说随便楼上客服人员安排看看房间情况，告诉说所有人都在忙，等了半天，她们也觉得不好意思了，就安排上楼看，结果问一下，根本就没有忙，如果不是阿姨服务态度好，就想直接走了！
最可恨的是第二天早上9点就打电话到房间催退房？我问退房时间是下午两点吗？答案，是的！但是她们说有“糖酒会”房价涨到498元，我又没有说要继续住啊！
