住了太多的酒店了，没有见过有这家这样坑爹的， 先是说艺龙那边没有给她们确定，现在网上的房间已关闭，只有原价房，后来我把订单时间和 信息都给她们看了 又说回处理订单房去看看，最后她们答应了，我交了400元的订金，却只给我开了300元的票。当时没有注意，今天就少退了100元。唉！只能自认倒霉。大家也小心点，以免上当受骗！！！

一般，前台服务态度差.退房时查房服务员非把我们自己带的车载手纸说成是用的客房的，几块钱无所谓。但是感觉这样信任她们去查房，结果这样做就没有意思.而且我后面上去要我自己的纸巾时候，客房服务员把纸巾放自己休息室收起来了.所以以后不敢住了，而且进房的先看一下所有东西，查房时候留人在服务员身边.
