作为一家星级酒店，即便再是老牌，但居然连最基本的热水服务都没有做好，晚上洗澡，开了老半天的热水，居然还是冷的，打了客服电话，一位师傅上来居然给我说就是这样的，需要等一段时间，我跟他说已经等了很长的时间了 他居然给我说要开个近20分钟，等上面的冷水留完以后，然后就是热水了，搞得我洗了一次冷水澡，反正没有下次了。
