酒店硬件是不错的，但是服务确实不行。三岁大的孩子在床上玩，摔了一跤，正好磕碰到床头柜上。脸上马上就出血了。问前台有没有酒精棉签什么的，被告知只有医生才有。医生出诊一次50起价。偏偏就是擦个酒精完事的事情，又没必要请医生。山上又物资匮乏，这些东西也买不到。总之相当不满意。
