来到成都第一天，到酒店大厅前台办理住宿，前边有一位客人正在办理，办过后，我就站在前台有五分钟，前台人员直接来了一句：你们干啥，态度非常不好。在我说办理入住后给我办理，中途还没办理完又有一个客人下来换房子，不知道是什么原因要换，然后前台就加三给他们办理，然后把别人不住的房子开给我，我要求不住换下来的房子，前台服务员就说没房子了，我在携程上有房显示的页面了打开让她看，才很不情愿给换了房间，然后一直在说换下来的房子事情，反正就是很不想换，态度非常不好，还给我大声吵架，后来保洁阿姨看到后说了她，她才不说话。真是没有见到这样前台办理入住“态度这么好”的人！！！ 而且卫生间有异味！
