今中午退房忘了取房卡，回房取房卡需要服务员刷卡才能乘电梯，前台的男服务员态度不好，不愿刷卡，我们自己爬楼梯回房间取的卡。另外，我订的是豪华单间却给安排的靠马路边的房间，你们的服务很糟糕。
