办理入住当天的前台是个奇葩，。1.当时只有我一人办理入住，办了一半时来人退房，居然先处理退房的，把退房整个查房手续办了钱退了，再接着办我的。而且速度奇慢，可看监控。2.入住后半小时左右，我朋友来找我。由于电梯需要刷卡，前台在2楼，客房在其他楼层。访客给前台说了我的房间号，名字后前台依然不给其他卡上电梯。我朋友说那你打房间电话确认总可以吧，还是不行。。。必须要本人亲自到前台去接人。我就奇了怪了，你们的前台不是以方便客人为主，而是以虐客为服务乐趣是吧。大冬天的不冷吗？下来接个人，还要只有开关房间电脑一次，一上一下的不麻烦？3.外卖不能上楼，必须本人下去取。所以入住前请你考虑好，怕麻烦的话不要有访客，不要点外卖。
