首先说优点，地理位置好，很好找，停车方便，房间大，装修也不错，卫生也还算干净，窗台榻榻米也很独特，热水来得很快！缺点就是设施设备陈旧，枕套已经洗裂口了，马桶一直漏水，卫生间的排风扇震天响。最不能忍受的是靠街边房间隔音效果完全无语！一晚上耳边都是汽车轰鸣声，凭这条就可以抵消前面的优点给个差评！
