酒店位置优越，市中心，酒店是新华书店集团的，每层楼都有免费借阅图书的大书架，早餐很丰盛，前台服务很贴心，感觉酒店的整个管理很正规。

酒店房间宽敞，卫生间干湿分离，也很宽敞，环境干净，出行方便，离锦里，五祠侯，宽窄巷子，IFS，太古里等都挺近的，服务周到热情，下次还要住这里！

酒店管理的人员服务态度过得去，空调没法用，作为一个四星级酒店，中央空调每个房间都不能单独控制，控制开关前台服务员告诉我那只是摆设，没法控制。我自己试了一下，可以控制风量大小，不知道是宾馆故意省电不开还是真的有客人觉得冷
