出差开中卫，离我办事的地方挺近的。老牌4星级酒店，房间比较大，暖气足，价格还很便宜，下次还住这里。

这么大的酒店没有空调，说什么地冷，地热，房间很热后面服务员拿了一个小风扇，其他都还行，窗户只有一个小小的窗户，其他的都是落地玻璃打不开的

性价比超高的亲子房，贴心配套宝宝坐便圈和洗手脚踩凳，给的是大嘴猴主题房，里面滑梯秋千玩具游戏垫一应俱全，早餐也超级棒，宝宝说我简直太满意了😁。房间干净，表扬前台小姐姐，热情礼貌。下次出行还会选这里。

前台工作人员服务热情周到，积极协助解决客人遇到的问题、满足客人的诉求。酒店是本地老牌高档酒店，没说的；位置极其靠近客运站，去火车站和飞机场也比较便捷。听说早餐不错，但疫情期间政府要求关闭餐厅没有吃到，比较遗憾。

晚上11点多到的，订的两间大床房没有在同一层的了，前台小姐姐看我们带的两个小孩子给免费升级了一个亲子房一个套房在一层里，真的很感谢，房间特别好，干净整洁。宁夏人民很热情。
