WIFI连不上，前台一胖点的女服务员态度极差，其他的员态度不错。我以为订单问题和一男服务员商量调房问题，她插上来就不让别的服务员说话了，非让我们加钱调房，忘记把她名字记住了

在艺龙定好的商务b，去了非说这个房间是大床房，我们带着孩子想要双床，酒店非让我们加钱，说是两个房型不一样价格，我让她们看订单，人家说他们和艺龙没合作，是艺龙搞错了，打电话给艺龙说是以酒店为准，两边相互推托，没办法，现在高峰期，到处满房的满房，价格涨的涨了，只好加钱换了。以前388的房间 现在长成449，认宰吧，后面订房的伙伴们看好了，他们这里说商务b只能给大床房。还有，网络不好，我们住的13楼WIFI一直上不去，让前台找人修，前脚刚走后脚又不行了

实在不能理解为什么会有这么多的好评！酒店设施老旧！设计缺陷居多，床对面是个穿衣镜！镜子还是破的，随便用透明胶粘着，卫生间一点也不卫生！最重要的是！！！有跳蚤！睡一觉起来两条腿惨不忍睹！！！一条腿二三十个！实在不能理解一个四星级酒店的卫生状况竟然这么差！！！！
